The Dashboard page gives you an overview of the Estate you are working on.
If you have the full product it shows the position you are at in the Workflow and what you need to do next to progress the case.
There is a Message Board where you can make file notes, e.g. to remind yourself to do something or let colleagues know anything about the case.
The Summary - shows you how the net estate in the UK is calculated. below that is a breakdown of the Assets and Liabilities of the Estate in the categories required by an IHT400 form.
The circles with a figure in them tell you how many items that page contains. If the circle is green it means that you have completed that page. If the circle is white it means that you haven't.
You can manually change whether a page is complete or incomplete by going to it and changing the drop-down box at the top of that page and saving your change.
The Value at Death is the total value of the item at the date of death as declared to HMRC. The Value Realised is the value of the item on the date it was sold or the date it was transferred to a beneficiary.
The number at the beginning of each item name is the number of the box where the item's Value at Death appears in an IHT400 Form.
