Case Details Frame.
The Case Reference is where you enter your reference for the matter, it can be edited at any time.
Once the Workflow is active a Workflow Milestone field appears here. You can use that field to manually move a case from one Milestone to another. However this will move all the tiles back to the first stage of the Milestone that you move the case to.
You can also upload a copy of the documents mentioned in the frame. The system will automatically rename them for you. They will then be available for anyone who is working the case to refer to.

This is a link to the Governments Tell Us One portal. You will need the reference number given to the person who registered the Death in order to be able to use this service.
