Data is entered in rows. To put in brand new data click on the last empty box below the label Totals. When you enter a row of data an empty new one will be created below it.


If you enter a row in error you have two options:

1. Clear the Row by clicking the Remove button at the end of the Row,

2. Move the data to another Asset or Liability table by clicking the Move button at the end of the row and select the place where you want to move that item to. The software will only move the data that matches fields in the destination.


When you complete or edit any field on a page the Save button at the bottom of the screen will turn blue to indicate that you have unsaved information.


If you try to reload the page or leave the site without pressing the Save button a reminder box will appear to tell you that you will lose unsaved information if you continue.
