This is page shows all of the contacts that are associated with the case. They are in three sections. Firstly the contacts who are linked to the case generally, second are contacts who hold assets and lastly there are contacts for liabilities.  You must add a contact that you want to communicate with so a tile appears on the Workflow page if you are using the Full version of the software. In the Forms Tax and Accounts version of the software you can generate blank letters and attendance notes for a contact and upload documents that will be stored under their name from this page. Asset Holders and Liability Owners will get created automatically if you add them from and Assets or Liabilities pages.

You can edit a contact by clicking the Edit button


You can produce general letters and attendance notes for any of the Contacts shown here and view the Case History so far as it relates to that particular Contact by clicking the Letters & History button.
