This page is for items that are input to a case by our Partner Estatesearch from whom you will have ordered a Financial Assets and Liabilities search. If their search result discovers an item and they are unsure what type of Asset or Liability has been found it will be placed in this table.
If there are any items in this table the software will not allow access to the IHT Calculation, IHT Forms, and Client Account menu items and the Estate Accounts button.
You must either remove the items or move them to the correct table. Once the Unknown table is empty, access will be restored to the IHT Calculation, IHT Forms, and Client Account menu items and the Estate Accounts.
